Treatment effectiveness may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

• Surrounding vegetation
• Neighboring properties
• Customer maintenance practices
• Pest pressure

While our treatments are highly effective, no pest control service can guarantee the complete elimination of all pests under all conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

Pricing is based on the treatment package selected, property size, and any additional services requested.

Quotes and promotional offers are subject to change without notice and may not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.

Customers agree to provide safe access to treatment areas, including:

• Unlocking gates
• Securing pets when necessary
• Removing obstacles that may prevent treatment

If technicians are unable to access treatment areas, additional charges or rescheduling may be required.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

By submitting payment, you authorize Tick Terminators to charge the payment method provided for the selected services.

21-Day Bug-Free Guarantee

Qualifying services include our 21-Day Bug-Free Guarantee.

If covered pests return within 21 days following treatment, Tick Terminators will return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge.

The guarantee does not apply when:

• The property has experienced excessive rainfall or flooding after treatment.
• The property has been altered in a manner that affects treatment effectiveness.
• New pest activity originates from neighboring properties or untreated areas.
• Customers decline recommended follow-up services.

Tick Terminators reserves the right to inspect the property before determining eligibility for retreatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service fee.

Limitation of Liability

Tick Terminators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
